Glass Tubing, Neon, Various Bones, Cardboard

Growing up in a rural area with a hunter as a father, I had always been more comfortable around bones and taxidermy than the average kid. As I understood more about life, I saw beauty in death and decay. This piece explores the relationship between light and death, manufactured materials and organic material, and my relationship with home. All bones were found in my yard and boiled and cleaned by my roommates Natalie, Emma, and me.
